This Week's Prayer Requests

PRAY for...

SUNDAY: Prasie God for the hundreds of students who will be graduating from School Without Walls this month. Pray that God will guide them to the right ministries in their churches and communities.

 

MONDAY: Pray for a seminar for children's Sunday school teachers that will take place in Voronezh. Pray that the teachers will become better equipped in their ministry to children.

 

TUESDAY: Pray for several young people who recently trusted Christ and are involved in local churches in Pavlovsk, Borisoglebsk and Rossosh. Pray that they will grow in their faith.

 

WEDNESDAY: As the academic year finishes for School Without Walls, pray that faculty and students alike will have a refreshing summer of service and relaxation.

 

THURSDAY: Also, pray that God will lead young Christian leaders to enroll in School Without Walls in the fall.

 

FRIDAY: Thank God for Dick Scheuereman, chair, and the members of the U.S. board of directors. Pray that the board members will have opportunities to share the work of Russian Ministries with others.

 

SATURDAY: Pray for the church in Ulianovsk and its pasors, Sergey Guts and Anatoliy Salmin. Pray that the church will grow spiritually and God's Word will be faithfully taught.

Prayer Alert: Now that Russia's new President Dmity Medvedev is in office, and former President Vladimir Putin has been named prime minister, pray that Russia's leaders will continue to work for human rights and freedom.
